Fresh of the boat (Belle & Sebastian's Boaty Weekender) and keeping summer alive for ever, Wet Look are the smiles, warmth and fun that Scotland needs on prescription in winter. Michael McGaughrin ex-1990’s plays guitar and sings lead with the strut and swagger of his former cult status band, backed with slightly off kilter three part female vocal harmonies, keyboards and percussion a plenty. Wet Look inject a dash of infectious highlife into their weirdo pop sound making them a joyful and endearing to watch and listen to.
