Alternative Sanity Bureau are a Glasgow-based collective of actors, film-makers & writers making comedy sketches exploring mental health through laughter. With direct experience, they share a darkly comic and absurdly silly view on their plethora of madness.

Let’s Go F*n Mental tackles everything from male mental health to paranoid parenthood, in a mix of new and existing sketch material. A.S.B are Danny Carr, Rachel Rostock, Patrick Kondracki, and Sophie McCabe.

Cast / writers have previously worked with BBC’s The Social, The Comedy Unit & various Scottish performance companies.
