ROBERT SOTELO
Robert Sotelo is a cosmic pop melodist; a heartfelt multi-instrumentalist who's 3rd album 'Infinite Sprawling' is released once again on Upset the Rhythm on 14/09/19.
Casual revelations, contemplative and earnest musings are of a reflective and nostalgic nature with Robert Sotelo's lyrics, while his miniature psych overtures are playful, sprightly, monumental and poignant.
'Infinite Sprawling' is a collaborative record and his first fully Glasgow based album. From sketchbook beginnings Sotelo's songs were realised by Edwin Stevens (Irma Vep) and Ruari MacLean (Vital Idles) who developed the sound and recorded the album at their studio.
Always a joy to watch perform live Robert Sotelo is a unique musical adventurer on the outside edge of inside.
